About the Role They are currently seeking a highly experienced and professional Disputes Support Officer to join their team in Sydney CBD with the opportunity to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 6-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be required to provide high quality end to end case management support services relating to workers compensation to member and non-member decision makers and delegates for a range of matters Responsibilities Provide quality support and customer service to ensure dispute resolution applications meet legislative requirements Monitor shared inbox, triaging emails, creating cases within the case management system Maintain and apply sound knowledge of current procedures and guidelines to resolve queries Act as the first point of contact for member and non-member decision makers and delegates to ensure effective flow of information Answering enquiries, providing timely and accurate information Escalate complex matters, where appropriate Update and maintain online files, ensuring all forms, documents and correspondence are accurately recorded Identify and escalate potential risks and issues, including suspected corrupt conduct to support risk mitigation Contribute to continuous improvement activities including review of case management practices Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, facilitating engagement, collaboration and contribution of ideas Records and database management ensuring integrity, accuracy and confidentiality Ensure quality and compliance with time standards About You Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written Professional, empathetic and resilient nature with remarkable interpersonal skills Solid problem solving, investigation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills High attention to detail Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite and Halo Requirements Demonstrated experience with Workers Compensation and Dispute Resolution Willingness to undergo a National Police Check Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment How to Apply Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours of the job posting.
